Innovative Sand Solutions
Welcome to Nuri Oilfield Services (NOS) Sdn Bhd – Your premier partner for innovative sand management solutions.

Sand Consolidation
Resin based system to consolidate formation sand around the wellbore.
Increases UCS of the formation in the near wellbore region therefore increasing drawdown limits.
Higher UCS allows operators to produce at higher rates thus achieving production gain.
Can be placed via coiled tubing or bull-headed into the perforations.
Achieve high consolidation strength and regained permeability.
Local Southeast Asian product, with more than 30 successful jobs in Indonesia with a major operator.
Produced Sand Sampler
Captures produced sand directly from oil and gas flowlines or pipelines.
Eliminates potential exposure to hydrocarbons and other hazardous elements as sampling is conducted in a closed loop configuration.
Determine maximum sand free rates (MSFR) and verify erratic Acoustic Sand Monitoring (ASM) data.
Design desanders and separators from PSD data conducted on captured sand.
Rated up to 5,000 psi operating pressure and comes with multiple filter mesh sizes.
Better option over ASM in noisy wells or wells with slugging flow profile.

Coriolis Flow Meter
Measures flow rates in gas and liquid lines using the Coriolis principle.
Commonly used to calibrate custody meters and wet gas meters with tracer dilution.
Utilize our Coriolis Flow Meter in line with our Produced Sand Sampler to obtain sand rate and sand count.
Sand rate or sand count is used for erosion modelling and as a reference for operators to optimise hydrocarbon production rates.

Acoustic Sand Monitoring
Acoustic Sand Monitoring (ASM) is a method to detect sand production using a non-intrusive instrument.
Detect onset of sand instantaneously in gas or oil wells.
Two dominant brands in the market – Roxar and ClampOn.
Our engineers have the experience to operate and service both types of systems.
Core strength is in interpretation and analysis of ASM data.
We help clients maximize value from the large volumes of acoustic data from existing systems.
Use information from ASM to determine MSFR, desander efficiency, and to detect downhole sand control failure.

Sand Erosion Modelling
Modelling erosion rates in pipelines and flowlines due to sand production is a proactive measure of determining Maximum Allowable Sand Rates (MASR).
The information is used to guide well owners to determine safe production envelopes.
Erosion modelling is important for managing integrity of flowlines, pipelines, production chokes and valves.
It can be used during FEED stage to design new flowlines and or pipelines.
